Nia 5 stages take us on a journey through evolution. In terms of earth history, we go from water animal to amphibian, four-legged mammals, primates and finally the human. In terms of our personal history, we consciously experience again the stages of learning to walk.
Most of the times these movements let us feel better immediatly, and start deep self-healing processes.
